Initial Consultation for New patients
45-60 minutes duration.
During your initial consultation your Chiropractor will take an in depth case history of yourself and your condition/complaint. They will then use that information to guide a targeted physical examination and come to a diagnosis . An explanation of the diagnosis will be given and treatment started in the same session!
Please note if it is decided that Chiropractic care is not appropriate then instead of treatment relevant referral will be arranged.

Follow up treatments
Up to 30 minutes duration.
During follow up treatments you will be treated according to the treatment plan that was explained during your initial consultation. You will be treated using a range of techniques, these include spinal manipulative therapy, dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, soft tissue massage and given corrective exercises.
Please note that if you are not comfortable with some of these techniques (i.e. needles) they will not be used and we can alter the treatment plan accordingly.

New Complaint/Returning Patients
Up to 45 minutes duration.
This appointment type is advised for patients where 12 months has elapsed since their last visit. This gives appropriate time for a reassessment of the condition and updating any medical history.
This appointment type is also for those who are presenting with new issues that have not been previously treated. This gives adequate time for these new problems to be assessed and treated within the same appointment slot.
You may also be advised to book this slot if you are being treated for 3 or more area’s of complaint.
